I really wanted these to help, but wow, they were a letdown. They felt stiff and awkward in my shoes, like someone just slapped a chunk of cheap plastic under my feet and called it support. After a few days, my feet were actually more sore, not better. Maybe they work for other people, but for me the comfort just wasn’t there at all. I ended up yanking them out and going back to my old insoles.

These did make my feet feel a little better, which was a relief, but the comfort didn’t really last all day for me. I was kind of hoping they’d do a lot more, so I’m a little disappointed.

I bought these really hoping they’d take some pressure off my lower back, because I’m on my feet a lot and I was willing to try anything. But after wearing them for a few weeks like the instructions said, I felt basically no difference at all. My back still hurt after work, still hurt after walking around, same old problem.

On top of that, they felt bulky in my shoes and just made my feet feel tired, which was super annoying because that’s the last thing I needed. Maybe they help other people, but for me they were just a waste of money. Definitely wouldn’t buy them again.

I bought these thinking they’d give my shoes a little extra cushion, but they felt hard as soon as I put them in. I kept wondering if I was just being too picky or if they needed time to break in.

For the price, I guess I expected them to be more comfortable. I ended up taking them out and going back to my old insoles, which somehow felt better even though they’re nothing special.

By the end they looked kind of messy, and even after all that, they still didn’t fit right in my shoes. Disappointing because I really expected this to be simple.

They do take some of the impact off, especially when I’m out on longer walks, so I’ll give them that. But i was expecting a lot more cushion based on how they’re described. They’re not terrible or anything, just average for shock absorption. Kind of feels like the comfort claims may have been doing a little more work than the product itself.

I really wanted these to work, but the arch support just felt completely off for my feet. After wearing them for a bit, my arches started hurting like they were staging a full rebellion. Maybe they’re fine for someone else, but for me, they were not it.

I paid quite a bit for this and it just didn’t feel worth the money. I expected more for the price and ended up feeling disappointed.

I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but like I said, the shipping was just way too slow. The tracking updates didn’t really help either because nothing seemed to change for days. Like I said, by the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated. Not the best first order experience for me

I tried reaching out to Protalus about my order and got almost no response. I sent a message, waited a few days, then followed up again, and still didn’t get anything useful back. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely feels frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re just trying to get a basic answer. The product might be totally fine, but my experience with their customer service was disappointing

I can definitely walk a bit farther with these, which is nice, but my feet still start aching after a while. I was hoping it would save me from having to do all the extra stretching and icing afterward, but nope, still have to deal with that. Decent help, just not as much as I wanted...

I tried to place an order, but the site kept freezing. Checkout crashed on me twice. I got frustrated and gave up...

They’re comfortable overall, but the breathability is just okay. If I’m wearing them for a short walk or on a cooler day, they’re totally fine. But when it’s warm out or I’m on my feet for a while, my feet do start to feel a bit warm.

I ordered based on the size chart, but it actually didn’t fit the way it said it would.

I’ve been using these for my hip pain, i’m relieved that my walks feel a bit better now. It didn’t happen overnight, so I was a little frustrated at first, but after a while I did notice a difference. The only downside is they feel kind of bulky in some of my shoes, which can be annoying. Overall, not bad at all, just not totally perfect.

As soon as I put them in, my feet felt kind of squeezed, and my heel was sitting higher than usual, which just felt... not great. They might be fine in boots or sneakers with more room, but for my regular everyday shoes, it didn’t work out. Shipping was okay, no issues there, just the fit wasn’t.....
